Based within our head office in Kilmarnock, candidates should have been exposed during their traineeship and early career to work on Child and Family Law including divorce, financial provision, contact and residence and Children’s Referrals. Training and support will be provided to further your knowledge and experience.
This is a full time post with a real opportunity to develop your experience and knowledge within a well respected practice.

Commercial Property Solicitor
Mackintosh & Wylie LLP have a great opportunity for a solicitor to join our Commercial Property team.
Working between our busy Stewarton office and our head office in Kilmarnock, ideally, candidates should have experience working on commercial property and rural conveyancing transactions from instruction to settlement however support and training will be provided where required.
This is a full time post and is a succession planning role with the view to progression through the business.
