As part of our conveyancing service, we will liaise with you throughout the entire selling process. Title deeds will be provided to the buyer’s solicitors for examination and we will negotiate terms of Disposition to transfer title to the purchasers. We will also arrange execution of Disposition, settlement of transaction, receipt of sale price and redemption of mortgage, where applicable.
